Each child and each party are unique. Our simple 1, 2, 3 approach means we get to know your child and their requirements and work with you to plan the party they have always dreamed of.
1. Tell us about your child
Call, email or message us to tell us about your child - their sensory needs and what they have liked or disliked at parties before.
Our goal is to enable you to celebrate your child exactly as they are and create a space that makes them feel safe and happy.
Whether it's vehicles, animals, space, fairies, famous witches and wizards or something completely unique, we build the party around their special interest. In just 3 - 4 weeks our tried and tested party formula will be fitted to your theme.
2. Pick a party package
Whether you need an elevated playdate, a short, low-key party, or a longer, mixed needs event, we work around your schedule and comfort levels.
Our simple process and calm, friendly team take care of everything. We offer several packages to suit different needs and budgets.
Our Roaming Wild Kits are UK wide, The Full Bamboo is for parties in the B&NES area:
– Roaming Wild Kit - Panda Edition: £80

– The Full Bamboo: £170
Each package includes sensory elements, craft kits, and activities for up to 8 children.
3. Leave the rest to us
Every Peaceful Party is built on a foundation of tried-and-tested ideas that help create a calm, joyful experience for children who might find typical parties overwhelming. We'll set to work designing crafts and games that are uniquely themed to your party - your child's special interest.

In the lead-up to the big day, we offer supportive tools like visual timetables and social stories to help your child (and you!) feel prepared and at ease. On the day, for those in the B&NES area, we’ll deliver and set up our sensory support resources, so you’re fully prepared to assist regulation and enjoyment throughout the party.
We know that party day will always contain some stress for parents. You want your child to have the best day!
With our Happy Hosting Guide we will share all our best hints and tricks to help it be a fun celebration for you as well as your child.
