Peaceful Parties Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 9th 2025 

 

1. Introduction 

  • These terms and conditions govern your use of Peaceful Parties’ services. By booking an event or kit, you agree to be bound by these terms. For the purposes of this agreement you will be listed as the host. 

 

2. Services Provided 

  • Peaceful Parties offers party kits and sensory resources, with a focus on inclusion and sensory-friendly fun.

3. Booking and Payment  

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date.  

  • We ask that bookings are made at least 4 weeks prior to your chosen party date. If your chosen party date falls within this timeframe please contact us to discuss whether providing our services will be possible.

  • Full payment and final numbers are required 14 days prior to your party. Payment can be made via bank transfer to:

4. Cancellation and Refunds 

  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the party will receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the party date. Rescheduling could be a possibility. Please get in contact to discuss this as soon as possible. 

  • Peaceful Parties reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In this unlikely event a full refund will be provided.

5. Host Responsibilities 

  • Hosts must provide a safe, clean party venue suitable for the chosen services.  

  • Any allergies, sensitivities, or special requests must be disclosed at the time of booking or well in advance of the party date. 

  • If booking The Panda Pals Party Package or The Full Bamboo it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that there is adequate room for the effective assembly and use of our soft furnishings and Sensory Den. Soft furnishings require an area measuring approximately: 150cm x 150cm but don’t be put off if you don’t have this space. We can work with the area you have. The Sensory Den requires an area measuring: 200cm x 120cm. 

  • The party will start at the agreed time on the booking form. The host is responsible for providing Peaceful Parties with an accurate party location address and contact details. Peaceful Parties is not liable for any lost party time should this information be given inaccurately.  

  • Our team will arrive to set up at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.  

  • Peaceful Parties is not liable for any late guests missing out on the activities.  

  • Guests who turn up on the day who haven’t been accounted for will unfortunately be unable to partake as Peaceful Parties will only provide enough resources for the numbers agreed and paid for 14 days prior to the party date. Additional guests must be paid for 14 days prior to the party date.

6. Liability 

  • Peaceful Parties is not responsible for any property damage or loss during a Peaceful Parties event.

  • Peaceful Parties only uses high quality products and is not liable for injuries or reactions sustained during an event or thereafter. 

  • The host may be liable for the replacement or repair of any damage that has occurred to Peaceful Parties equipment during the event.  

  

7. Photography and Media 

  • We may take photos/videos during set-up for promotional use. Please inform us if you do not consent to this.
